EMINOVÈE operates a controlled supplier and commercial-partner review process.

Qualified manufacturers, authorized distributors, wholesale suppliers, fulfilment providers, white-label partners and service providers may submit an initial enquiry.

Please include your registered company name, country, website, product or service category, distribution rights, fulfilment regions and available integration formats.

Every potential cooperation is reviewed individually. Submission does not constitute acceptance, product approval or commercial commitment.

Binding Islam-Conformity Standard

All products, services, content, imagery, partner offerings, business models and payment structures that conflict with EMINOVÈE’s binding Islam-conformity requirements are excluded without exception.

This includes, in particular:

alcohol, intoxicants and consumable products containing alcohol
pork, pork-derived ingredients and other non-permitted food ingredients
crosses, crucifixes, Buddha imagery, depictions of deities, cult objects and products bearing symbols or motifs of other faiths
gambling, betting, lotteries and gambling-like business models
interest-based transactions and non-conforming financing, insurance or investment offerings
pornography, sexual services and inappropriately sexualised content
fortune-telling, magic, occultism, astrology, witchcraft and related products or services
any other offering whose production, content, use, marketing, financing or payment handling is not permitted under EMINOVÈE’s binding standards

This standard applies worldwide regardless of whether an offering is lawful in a particular jurisdiction. The review concerns offerings and transactions only; it does not concern the religion, origin or personal identity of customers, partners or suppliers.

We confirm that cooperation is possible without subscription, setup, platform, membership, licence or API-access fees, a mandatory paid plan, minimum turnover, minimum order quantity, prepayment, mandatory credit or an automatically paid trial. We confirm that only costs arising from an actual customer order, sale or booking are required, such as goods, shipping or transaction-related costs. We confirm that the proposed offering, business model, financing and payment handling comply with EMINOVÈE’s binding Islam-conformity rules shown above. We understand that submission grants no acceptance, product approval, publication, commercial agreement, account or access to internal systems.
