Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to purchases from EMINOVÈE Trading GmbH, Teltower Damm 57, 14167 Berlin, Germany (“EMINOVÈE”, “we”, “us”). It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in several parts, the period begins when the final item or part is received.

To exercise the right, make an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the electronic function labelled “Withdraw from contract” in the online store and complete its confirmation step, email contact@eminovee.com, or send a letter to EMINOVÈE Trading GmbH, Teltower Damm 57, 14167 Berlin, Germany. You do not need to give a reason. Sending your statement before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal statement. Additional delivery costs resulting from a delivery option that you chose instead of our least expensive standard option are not reimbursed. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we use the original payment method and do not charge a refund fee.

For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Unless we give you a different return address in writing, send returns to EMINOVÈE Trading GmbH, Teltower Damm 57, 14167 Berlin, Germany. Do not send goods to a manufacturer or supplier. For a statutory withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of a normal postal return unless we agreed to bear it. If an item cannot normally be returned by post, its estimated return cost will be disclosed before purchase. We bear return costs for incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming goods.

You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. No restocking fee applies to a statutory withdrawal.

Exceptions

A statutory exception applies only where permitted by law and clearly disclosed before purchase. This can include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, rapidly perishable goods, and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after their seal has been removed. Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective goods

Inspect your order after delivery and contact contact@eminovee.com promptly if it is damaged, incorrect, or defective. Include the order number and useful photographs where possible. We will provide a lawful remedy and return route. Statutory conformity and warranty rights apply independently of the withdrawal right.
